Role Purpose:
Join the bar team at Sky Garden and be part of one of London’s most stunning rooftop destinations the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Fenchurch, where creativity, energy and exceptional service come together. This is the perfect role for a passionate Bartender looking to develop their skills, elevate guest experiences and showcase their craft in a premium hospitality environment.
What you will be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards

Delivering exceptional service while creating memorable experiences for guests

Sharing product knowledge and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience

Maintaining smooth and efficient bar operations during busy service periods
What we are looking for

Previous bartending experience within a busy hospitality environment is essential

Strong cocktail knowledge with a passion for quality and guest service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

This is a full-time opportunity offering up to £15.71 per hour plus a paid meal allowance.
