Overview
We are looking for two experienced MFD/Photocopier Field Service Engineers to join our friendly, professional and expanding team.
We currently have vacancies for:
· 1 Full-Time Field Service Engineer
· 1 Part-Time Field Service Engineer (flexible hours to be discussed)
Renumeration package with Benefits:
· Full-Time: Competitive salary – Negotiable depending on experience
· Part-Time: Pro-rata equivalent
· Possible health insurance subsidy
Preferred Skill Set:
· Minimum 3 years experience servicing and repairing photocopiers / multifunction Devices (MFPs)
· Experience with primarily Ricoh is preferred but, would consider, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Canon, Kyocera etc.
· IT and Networking experience an advantage
· Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Preferably located within 25 miles of Littlehampton
· Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
· Installation, servicing and repair of multifunction machines
· Preventative maintenance visits
· Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
· Delivering first-class customer service
· Managing your own daily workload efficiently
