We are currently looking for a confident and independent finance assistant to join our team within our to work independently within our fast growing business. London Flood Prevention cover all aspects of reactive & planned maintenance for plumbing, drainage works alongside larger civil and mechanical works.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Dual Entry Accounting.
- Producing sales invoices.
- Supplier invoices & payments.
- Invoice queries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Cash allocation.
- CIS allocation.
- Payroll (Brightpay).
- VAT.
- Credit control.
- Providing reports to directors.
Skills Required
- Comprehensive experience with Quickbooks.
- Excellent understanding of Excel.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to develop working relationships.
- A flexible working approach.
- Previous finance role required
- AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or qualified by experience.
