Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily pub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage functions and activities to maximise sales opportunities.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to foster a high-performing team.
- Coordinate with management on scheduling, stock levels, and inventory control.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
- Contribute to the development of promotional initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within pubs and restraunt environments.
- Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in administrative tasks, and staff management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous exposure to management or leadership roles will be considered an asset.
