Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Lee Air Conditioning Services is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing installation team.
We specialise in high-end residential air conditioning installations, primarily working across Chelsea, Kensington, Hampstead and surrounding areas of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who takes pride in their workmanship and is confident working independently on high-quality residential projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and handover of air conditioning systems, including:
- 2-pipe and 3-pipe VRV/VRF systems
- Multi-split and split systems
- High-end residential air conditioning installations
- Refrigerant pipework installation
- Brazing and pressure testing
- Vacuuming and refrigerant charging
- Condensate drainage and pumps
- Electrical/control wiring associated with AC systems
- Installation of indoor and outdoor units
- System commissioning and performance checks
- Setting up and commissioning centralised controllers
- Fault finding and resolving installation/commissioning issues
- Working from drawings and installation specifications
- Liaising professionally with clients, builders and other trades on site
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience installing air conditioning systems
- Strong experience with VRV/VRF systems, including 2-pipe and 3-pipe systems
- The ability to independently complete installations from start to finish
- Strong commissioning experience
- Experience setting up centralised controllers and control systems
- Good knowledge of refrigerant pipework, brazing, pressure testing and evacuation
- F-Gas qualification
- Good understanding of electrical and control systems associated with air conditioning
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- A professional approach and good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work around high-end residential clients
Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and/or other major manufacturers would be advantageous.
