EPD Insulation Group Ltd are currently looking to employ an Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team.
EPD Insulation Group is an independent, family run business that distributes building materials such as insulation, drywall and associated products to the general public and trade customers.
The Ideal candidate will be:
- Polite
- Enthusiastic
- Have excellent computer skills
- Customer interaction, which includes dealing with people face to face and on the telephone
- Be able to work under pressure and in a busy fast-paced environment liaising with other departments
- Ability to accurately input data whilst having good attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team but be self-motivated at the same time
- Be able to manage your workload and prioritise customer needs
Job Duties to include:
- Sales order processing
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email, in person and on the telephone
- Accurately inputting orders
- Liaise with the Transport Team and Suppliers regarding timed delivery requirements
- Assist the Sales Office Manager with any other daily duties
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Holiday is calculated at 28 days a year including Public Holidays
No weekend or Bank Holidays Worked.
