Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer focused night porter to join our team. As the night porter you will play a crucial roll in ensuring the guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. You will have sole responsibility for the hotel and guests at night. Therefore you will need to be self reliant, enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any issues
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with any needs over night
- Ensure safety and security of all guests
- Ensure cleanliness of communal areas
- Prepare and serve breakfast to rooms, clear breakfast trays from rooms
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Food preparation (food hygiene course will be provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
