About Ibanista
At Ibanista, we help people move to France with clarity and confidence.
For most of our clients, renting in France is one of the most stressful parts of the move. The market moves quickly, agencies can be difficult to reach, and the system often feels impossible to navigate from abroad.
That’s where we come in.
We help clients secure long-term rentals in France by guiding them through every stage of the process, from sourcing properties and preparing dossiers to speaking with landlords, attending viewings, and securing leases.
We’re now looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and highly organised to join the team.
The role
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in every part of the rental process.
You’ll act as a key support person for both clients and the wider team, sourcing properties, speaking with agents and landlords, following up on applications, coordinating viewings, and helping clients during appointments.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and keeping momentum moving for clients.
What you’ll be doing
Property sourcing
- Search daily across French property portals (Leboncoin, SeLoger, Bien’ici, etc.)
- Identify suitable properties based on each client’s search criteria and situation
- Filter out unsuitable or risky listings
- Add and organise properties within our CRM system
Outreach & lead generation
- Message landlords directly to introduce the client
- Build rapport to obtain contact details when not publicly available
- Keep outreach proactive and consistent
Calling & booking viewings
- Call agencies and landlords to present (“sell”) client dossiers
- Clearly explain why the client is a strong candidate
- Handle objections and push for viewing availability
- Secure and confirm viewing slots
Sending Dossiers & Following Up
- Send client dossiers (rental applications) to agencies and landlords
- Follow up consistently to keep applications moving forward
- Track responses and keep CRM records updated
Viewing Support
- Support clients during property viewings
- Facilitate communication between clients and landlords/agents
- Help with translation where needed
- Ask practical questions during viewings, as if you were renting the property yourself
- Help clients feel confident and informed throughout the process
Who This Role Is For
This role suits someone who enjoys being proactive, persistent, and solutions-focused.
You’re not waiting for things to happen, you make them happen.
You’ll be working with clients who often feel overwhelmed or ignored by the French rental system. Your role is to help create opportunities, keep momentum moving, and make the process feel manageable.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative naturally, and is comfortable juggling different responsibilities throughout the day.
Key Requirements
- Fluent or native-level French (essential)
- Confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with agents and landlords daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and persistent, you’re comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to push forward
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work at pace without losing quality
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online platforms
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
What Makes Someone Great in This Role
- You’re naturally proactive and take ownership
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You’re persuasive without sounding pushy
- You stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- You genuinely care about helping clients succeed
- You notice the small details that others miss
Why Join Ibanista?
- Commission structure tied to performance
- A varied role with real responsibility and ownership
- Direct impact on helping people relocate to France successfully
- Remote working with a supportive and collaborative team
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company
In France, securing a rental often comes down to persistence, communication, and knowing how to navigate the system properly.
This role is about helping make that happen.
If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and being the person who keeps things moving forward, we’d love to hear from you.
