About Us
Shop Stanhope is a rapidly growing online fashion business specialising in branded sportswear, clothing and footwear, with a huge focus on TikTok LIVE auctions.
We are looking for a hardworking, organised and switched-on Picker & Packer / LIVE Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a varied role. You will work behind the scenes during our LIVE streams, operate the computer, manage and organise stock, support the streamer and pick and pack customer orders.
The Role
You will be an essential part of keeping both our unit and LIVE streams running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Helping to keep the unit clean, organised and running efficiently
- Organising incoming and existing stock
- Numbering and preparing stock ready for LIVE auctions
- Preparing stock for the streamer
- Assisting the streamer off-camera throughout LIVE streams
- Operating the computer during LIVE streams
- Keeping track of products being shown and sold
- Recording sales and ensuring the correct items are allocated
- Checking items before they are packed
- Printing and organising postage labels
- Preparing parcels for dispatch
- Helping to organise stock and maintain an efficient warehouse system
- Working quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Communicating with the streamer and wider team throughout the LIVE
- Helping the team achieve daily sales and dispatch targets
Working Hours
Standard packing and unit shifts are generally between 9:30am and 3:00pm.
LIVE streaming shifts may vary considerably depending on our streaming schedule and can include evenings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is therefore essential for this role.
This is not a traditional 9–5 position, particularly when working alongside our LIVE streaming team.
Important – This Is a Fast-Paced Role
This is much more than simply packing parcels.
Our LIVE streams can be busy and extremely fast-paced, with lots happening simultaneously. You will be working behind the scenes while supporting the streamer, managing stock, operating the computer and ensuring sold items are correctly recorded and organised.
Accuracy is extremely important. A mistake with a stock number or order can cause problems for both the customer and the business.
You must be able to stay calm under pressure, listen carefully, multitask and react quickly.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse, picking and packing, e-commerce, retail or TikTok experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.

What We Need From You
You will be an essential part of helping us pack, organise and maintain the unit, as well as supporting our LIVE streams.
We need someone who takes pride in keeping things organised and doesn’t need to be constantly told what needs doing.
If there are parcels to pack, stock to organise or the unit needs tidying, we expect you to get stuck in and help the team.
If the streamer needs stock, you find it.
If something doesn’t look right, you speak up.
If the LIVE gets hectic, you stay calm and keep things moving.
