We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Support Manager to support the growth of our beauty salon business across salon operations, online retail, and business development. This role is responsible for improving business performance, developing new revenue opportunities, managing business improvement projects, and supporting the continued expansion of both salon services and online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to support company growth.
- Manage and optimise the company's online retail operations, including e-commerce performance, product launches, and sales growth.
- Coordinate online retail sales, website improvements, and e-commerce projects with web developers.
- Manage CRM activities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Support the launch of new salon services, retail products, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with marketing and brand development by coordinating campaigns, social media, website content, and customer communications.
- Support the day-to-day operations of multiple salon locations, helping to improve customer experience, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Liaise with marketing agencies, web developers, software providers, suppliers, landlords, and other external stakeholders to deliver business projects.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, workforce planning, and business compliance.
- Analyse sales, appointments, online performance, and business KPIs, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate business improvement projects and support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience working within the beauty salon, aesthetics, or personal care industry is essential.
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand development is essential.
- Experience in business support, business development, operations, or commercial management.
- Experience managing CRM systems, online sales, or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business platforms.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.

Pay: £37,500.00-£42,500.00 per year
