Pay: £93 – £100 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Acton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Supporting students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and differentiated learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- SEN experience is desirable but not essential
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
