Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct B2B sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Develop customised solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipelines using IT tools, track progress, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Drive to client locations as required, demonstrating excellent driving skills and punctuality.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services and meet organisational goals.
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role within a competitive market environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organise multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with IT systems utilised for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude towards client engagement is vital.
