Each stylist has their own lockable areas ensuring your equipment is safe and secure as well as being able to provide your own chosen brands for your clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, barbering, tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Manage your own schedule, bookings, and client consultations efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and understanding individual client needs.
- Offer mentoring or guidance to new team members when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired outcomes and aftercare instructions for long-lasting results.
Experience
- Proven experience in store management or running a personal beauty business is highly desirable.
- Skilled in barbering techniques, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and other beauty treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Experience at the front desk or handling client appointments is a plus..
- Excellent communication skills to promote services confidently.
- Prior experience working independently as a self-employed stylist is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is essential.
- Must have own clientele and willing to build on their customer base
