As part of further expansion we are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Managers. Your role will be to ensure accurate, timely and relevant and seamless information flows between Head Office functions and the Sales team.
The role is responsible for gathering, curating, analysing and distributing commercial information that enables informed decision making, improves sales execution and supports business growth.
This will include making your sales team aware of New Product Development plans, feeding back from sales to Marketing and NPD teams all customer feedback on products and will require Advanced Excel to collate information on sales activity, customer feedback and operational updates

Role and Responsibilities
- Gather, validate and consolidate sales data from internal and external sources for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Produce and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
- Ensure all commercial information is accurate, current and easily accessible.
- Act as the primary link between Head Office and the field sales force.
- Cascade business updates, product launches (NPD availability update each week), and commercial initiatives.
- Track development in New Business Tracker and follow up with Sales Team
- Gather feedback, market intelligence and customer insights from the Sales Team and communicate these to relevant internal departments.
- Manage the administration supporting the sales function, ensuring processes are efficient and consistent by following up with sales after each weekly/monthly sales
- Coordinate customer information, pricing, sales cycle activities and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update sales data to ensure data integrity.
- Support weekly/monthly sales meetings, conferences, Tradeshow and customer presentations.
- Booking travel for sales managers where required
- Coordinate monthly reporting packs and KPI tracking
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting and sales planning activities.
- Arrange Travel planning and booking in line with budget
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Operation, Finance and Product teams.
- Ensure departments receive timely information required to support customer and commercial activity.
- Identify process improvements that enhance communication and efficiency.
Experience and Skills required
- Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytical, sales reporting role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of collating information to create reports for a variety of different audiences
- Exceptional coordination, administrative and commercial skills
