The Role
We're seeking a performance driven and enthusiastic Digital Experience Designer (UX/UI Focus) to join our growing team and expanding service offering. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user journey across a variety of digital platforms, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences that align with our client's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and other digital products.
- Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and clients to translate concepts into functional and impactful designs.
- Utilise data and analytics to optimise user experience and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our design processes and standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally within an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive and problem solving mindset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
