- Logistics Operations: Obtain competitive shipping quotes, arrange transport bookings, and prepare complete, compliant shipping documentation.
- Database Integrity: Maintain rigorous, accurate records across NetSuite and other warehouse management systems.
- Performance Analysis: Generate and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide regular, clear updates to internal departments to support broader business and sales needs.
International Distributor Shipments
- Timeline Management : Proactively syncs factory timelines with sales and customer expectations.
- Invoicing & Compliance: Oversee and execute order invoicing, ensuring full financial compliance and accurate billing for international Free on Board (FOB) shipments.

- Consolidation Warehouse Monitoring: Monitor, track, and report on inventory levels and logistics activities at our consolidation warehouse.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A foundational understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, ideally supported by previous experience in an office/warehouse environment, internships, or relevant academic studies.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including proficiency with formulas, sorting bulk data, and managing spreadsheets for analysis.
- Strong problem-solving capability with a genuine interest in analysing data and spotting operational patterns.
- Superb attention to detail and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a highly collaborative attitude when working across internal departments and with external global partners.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software. Previous exposure to an ERP or inventory management system is highly advantageous (experience with NetSuite is a strong asset).
