Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £28,000 – £35,000
- Commission: 35% on all bankings after salary threshold
- Typical OTE: £75,000 – £100,000+

Working Week
- Monday to Friday
- Standard working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Working hours are flexible and will be scheduled to meet operational requirements and individual needs
- 3 days per week office-based for collaboration and support with a flexible approach for experienced advisers
- Weekend work may be required based on business needs or individual preference
Desired Experience
- Proven experience in mortgage advising is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, driven, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle new mortgage and protection enquiries from multiple lead sources
- Conduct client fact-finds and provide compliant advice
- Research the whole-of-market to recommend suitable products
- Present mortgage and protection solutions clearly to clients
- Submit mortgage applications and liaise with lenders
- Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the process
- Build relationships with introducers and referral partners
- Work closely with admin and support teams to ensure smooth completion
