We are currently looking for a mobile cleaning specialist to join our passionate operations team in the Leeds area, someone with the drive and determination to make a difference and passion to develop themselves into the role and our organisation.
This is a fairly new business function, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in this type of role who would be willing to work alongside to grow the division.
Some key attributes we are in search for
· Cleaning experience essential in a similar or supervisory based role.
· A high level of experience using commercial cleaning equipment such as rotary buffers, scrubber dryers, carpet cleaning machines and jetwashes.
· Proven track record in conducting deep cleaning in a commercial environment.
· The ability to self-manage workload, including diary management of requested cleaning jobs.
· Good communication skills in order to communication effectively with internal staff as well as our external clients.
· Basic understanding of using MS office, Outlook, calendar and other app based software.
· Full clean UK driving licence.
The role is fully remote, hours will typically be working from 15:00 – 00:00 Tuesday – Saturday. Flexibility will be required at times to cover absence or assist with emergency cleaning requests.
You will be provided a company vehicle, mobile phone and all necessary equipment to conduct the role. Fuel will be re-imbursed via a monthly mileage allowance covering all travel carried out for business purposes.
(minimum of 8 hours per day guaranteed).
