We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainer to join our team and help deliver an engaging programme of training and development activities across the organisation.
In this role, you will design, deliver, coordinate and evaluate a range of learning solutions including face-to-face training, e-learning modules, webinars, podcasts and blended learning programmes. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify skills gaps, support workforce development, and ensure staff have access to high-quality learning opportunities.
At Grade 7, you will also take a lead role in designing bespoke learning solutions, developing coaching and mentoring programmes, supporting management development initiatives, and contributing to strategic learning and development projects.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and presentation skills, experience of developing and delivering training, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience of digital learning platforms and modern learning methods would be advantageous.
