Excellent opportunity for an experienced General Builder with Internal Renovations, Plumbing and Carpentry experience to join a well-established company based in Halesowen, initially on a sub-contractor basis, with a view to a full time position. Please note, travel and overnight stays are a large part of this role.

The company specialises in all types of healthcare construction projects, providing complete turnkey packages and delivering a large number of projects from minor repairs to full refurbishments.
Due to continued expansion the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Multi Trader to join their team on a sub-contractor basis with a view to a full time position.
Candidate Requirements
· Carpentry
· Plumbing
· Internal Renovations
· Experience within commercial and residential properties
· Able to make sound judgements, find solutions to complex issues and problems, and identify and manage risk
· Able to work under your own supervision and alongside other trades
· Self-motivated and high attention to detail to ensure high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
· Excellent client facing skills on site
·Own van and tools preferred.
· Flexibility to travel and work on a national basis
