JRD BIPEL are specialists in the design and manufacture of hydraulic presses to customer specifications. Our hydraulic presses are in use in a very wide range of industries such as Plastic & Rubber, PTFE, DMC, Chemicals, Composites, Metal powder, Forging, Bearings and many more where compression presses are needed.
The Role – Test and Service Engineer
· In house testing of hydraulic Presses and associated equipment.
· Provide training to customers on all machinery.
· Provide on site and remote technical support to customers.
· Liaise with customers at all levels in a professional manner, in order to promote a positive company image at all times.
· The role is UK based with occasional overseas travel.
Essential Requirements for this Role are:
· Previous experience of working as a Maintenance / Service Engineer.
· Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering qualification.
· PLC fault finding experience
· Excellent understanding and experience of fault finding on hydraulic systems.
· Previous experience of working with customers at all levels.
· Able to travel at short notice.
· Full valid driving licence.
· Live within commutable distance of Walsall
