Today, BBS operates from branches in Bristol, Bath, Yate and Weston-super-Mare, serving commercial developers, maintenance firms, domestic heating engineers, property developers and renewable energy specialists across the South West.
The Opportunity
As a Trade Counter Sales professional, you'll be at the heart of the Yate branch, building relationships with customers and delivering the service that BBS is known for.
We're looking for people who:
- Have experience in merchanting, trade counter sales or a customer-facing trade environment
- Enjoy building relationships and providing expert advice
- Are commercially aware and customer focused
- Want to develop their career within a growing business
- Are ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into future leadership opportunities
You'll understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term customer relationships and creating an efficient, profitable branch environment.
Experience & Knowledge
Whether your background is with a national merchant, independent merchant, distributor or manufacturer, you'll understand the value of strong supplier partnerships and the commercial opportunities they create.
