We'd like a chef who takes pride in fresh, local ingredients. Someone who can build their team to cope with busy seasonal periods and is proactive in building business in the winter months. This role would suit an experienced, creative chef who is profit margin aware and can build relations with suppliers, colleagues and customers through their passion for good food. May also provide an opportunity for someone looking to step up from Sous to head chef. Service will be for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Salary will be a basic with a performance related bonus element.
