We are an elite university consultancy service providing students with expert guidance for admission to the world’s top universities. We’re looking to expand our team of top-quality Subject Tutors, University Mentors and Senior Consultants across various disciplines, in order to meet demand and maintain excellence of service quality. You will work 1-to-1 with students and/or alongside other Mentors/Consultants in order to deliver bespoke, high quality and comprehensive admissions support or subject tuition.

Subject Areas
We have particularly high demand currently for Mathematics, Computer Science, PPE, and Economics, though we are open to applicants from a wide range of academic disciplines; if you are unsure, please apply anyway!
Essential
- Currently studying for, or have acheived, a high class undergraduate degree in the relevant area from a top UK or global university
- Happy/able to comply with all relevant safeguarding/compliance requirements for work with children under the age of 18. Enhanced DBS or equivalent required, though if you do not have one we will apply and pay for one on your behalf
Desirable
- Experience in subject tutoring and/or admissions-focussed support, including admissions tests, personal essay/statement and interview preparation
- Post-graduate and/or professional experience in relevant industry
We also strongly welcome applicants with experience as Former Admissions Officers to apply to work with us as Senior Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Providing top-quality online admissions or subject support, 1-to-1 or alongside other Consultants/Mentors
- Submitting brief, professional and helpful session report following most sessions
- Laising promptly and appropriately - via Quantum Teams, user provided - to your students/our team to arrange sessions and provide brief updates regarding sessions and student progress
Finally, please note that you will be employed as a contractor for Quantum Pathways, meaning that your hours are fully flexible, you retain the right to refuse any work offered, and you are responsible for your own PAYE and associated declarations.
Pay: £40.00-£70.00 per hour
