Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Commercial Technician to join our team. This role involves providing on-site maintenance and repair services for commercial equipment across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on commercial equipment at various client sites.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialised tools and techniques.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out repairs or installations.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment, ensuring it meets operational standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding work performed and any additional recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts used.
- Travel between different locations as part of scheduled service visits or emergency call-outs.
