As a Recruiter in our Financial Advice Recruitment Team, you will work closely with advice firms across The Openwork Partnership network, You will support in recruiting both employed and self-employed Financial Advisers and Mortgage & Protection Advisers, playing a key role in delivering growth plans and contributing to the long-term success of the Partnership.
Working as part of the wider recruitment team, you'll deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with firms across the UK to understand their needs, identify high-quality talent and manage the recruitment process.
This is a proactive recruitment role that requires a strong focus on candidate attraction, relationship management, business development within our current network and talent pipelining.
This is a Hybrid opportunity with regular presence in our Swindon Head Office.

Your responsibilities will include:
- You will Partner with adviser firms across The Openwork Partnership to adopt their growth and recruitment objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Financial Advisers and Mortgage & Protection Advisers in both employed and self-employed roles.
- Taking detailed vacancy briefs and providing expert recruitment advice to firms.
- Proactively sourcing, headhunting and engaging high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and market mapping activities.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines of Financial Advisers and Mortgage & Protection Advisers across the UK.
- Developing strong relationships with firm principals, hiring managers and key stakeholders to recognise current and future hiring needs.
- Identifying and driving new recruitment opportunities within the Partnership network.
- You will manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Coordinating interviews, managing offer negotiations and supporting candidates through onboarding and joining processes.
- Providing market insight, recruitment trends and salary benchmarking to firms.
- Advising firms on selection, assessment and attraction strategies to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure recruitment activity supports wider business objectives.
- Working to agreed recruitment targets, KPIs and service standards.
