MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship and results driven Client Engagement Lead to join our growing team and help drive the success of some of our largest apprenticeship partnerships across the South of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, creating engagement opportunities, and making a real impact through apprenticeships and workforce development.
You’ll play a key role in supporting existing national clients, increasing apprenticeship starts, and strengthening regional engagement across multiple sites. Working closely with internal teams and employer stakeholders, you’ll help ensure apprenticeships remain visible, impactful, and aligned to business needs.
This is a highly collaborative and visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, engaging with people, and influencing positive outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Support the HoCP of SCL Professional to deliver the overall Account Management strategy and objectives
- Drive on-site engagement activity to increase awareness and participation in apprenticeship programmes
- Deliver a range of engaging site visits, remote learner sessions, and promotional activities
- Work collaboratively with clients and operational teams to identify opportunities for growth
- Support employers and learners throughout the onboarding journey
- Maintain accurate reporting and support with data analysis and pipeline tracking
- Work closely with the HoCP, to ensure SCL Professional clients receive an outstanding customer experience at all times
- Achieve individual KPI’s as defined by the HoCP
- Provide regular updates on engagement activity, opportunities, and performance metrics
- Act as a trusted and proactive partner to employer stakeholders
- Educate clients on the full commercial offering of the SCL Education Group.
- To complete any other reasonable instruction from your manager as per the needs of the department and the business.
- Commit to continuing your own development with support from the HoCP, to ensure you are always current with industry knowledge and funding rules/changes.
- Be a role model and ambassador for both SCL Professional and the wider Group.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships (essential).
- Ability to authentically talk passionately about apprenticeships to anyone (essential).
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the South of England
- Experience working towards and hitting team and individual targets (essential).
- Outstanding networking and presentation skills.
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
