Freelance HIU / FCU / MVHR Engineer (Subcontractor)

SWK Group is expanding and is looking for experienced Freelance HIU / FCU / MVHR Engineers to join our growing network of subcontractors.
We provide reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault finding, repairs and installations for residential developments, commercial buildings and property management companies across London.
Typical Work
- HIU servicing and repairs
- HIU replacements and commissioning
- FCU servicing, maintenance and fault finding
- MVHR servicing, repairs and commissioning
- Reactive breakdowns
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Valve, actuator and control replacements
- System diagnostics and fault finding
- Emergency call-outs
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working on HIU, FCU and/or MVHR systems
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van, tools and specialist testing equipment
- Public Liability Insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Desirable
- Experience with Heat Interface Units including major manufacturers
- Knowledge of BMS controls
- Commercial plant room experience
- CSCS or ECS Card
- IPAF or PASMA (advantageous)
