Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee beverages
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with food safety protocols is desirable
- Experience in restaurant environments or barista work can be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer service and teamwork is highly valued
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
