Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience in hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
