For this position
Candidates must be organised & natural team leaders to ensure a smooth running of a busy salon, a passion for the industry and who love people.
Must be computer literate and ideally have salon experience.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
customer facing presence, a rapport builder and a great host.
We are looking for someone who is calm and assured under pressure and who shares a passion for standards and service.
Someone that can lead from the front and delegate effectively.
The role will also include: Motivating and leading the team. Taking responsibility for the overall day to day running of the spa operation.
Ensuring the team is working to the salon's high standards whilst delivering 5 star service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have reception experience within the beauty or hair industry and be extremely driven and personable, organised, an excellent communicator, and who has excellent attention to detail and a love of people and providing amazing hospitality and service to our clients.
