Nuns Moor Pharmacy, Newcastle is looking for a new Dispenser to join our team.
Supported by the Pharmacist/ Owner, the position will be varied, involving dispensing both walk in and delivery prescriptions and weekly nomad trays. Ordering, checking and rotating stock. Serving and advising customers on the counter. Answering queries from customers, surgery staff and other health professionals over the phone. Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional dispensary and shop area.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, hard working with excellent communication skills and be committed to providing a high level, professional service. A willingness to complete additional training in order to provide further pharmacy services is essential.
A NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services and a recognised OTC sales qualification are required.
Hours are over 3 days between Monday and Friday (exact hours / days can be negotiable).
5 weeks holiday per year.
