Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renovation Project Manager to lead and coordinate residential and commercial renovation projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering high-quality renovations on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and project excellence. Your expertise in project planning, resource management, and technical tools will be essential to successfully oversee multiple renovation initiatives, motivate teams, and uphold safety standards. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and equipment necessary for each renovation phase.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications using Civil 3D for technical assessments when applicable.
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including progress reports, change orders, safety records, and compliance documentation.
- Lead problem-solving efforts proactively to address unforeseen issues swiftly, minimizing delays or cost overruns.
- Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular site safety audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing renovation or construction projects with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning; familiarity with Civil 3D is highly desirable for technical coordination.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey expectations, updates, and technical information.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements relevant to renovation projects.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience considered.
