In this role, you will be making a real difference in people’s lives by supporting them in their own homes. You’ll help with all aspects of personal care, ensuring dignity and comfort are respected. You will encourage clients to take part in daily activities so they can maintain their independence. Ensuring they live in a safe, clean home environment. We may drive clients to appointments or social activities, offering reassurance and support along the way.

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care is helpful, but not essential – we’ll provide full training and support.
- A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to follow care plans and provide support tailored to each client.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
