Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse with expertise in cryotherapy procedures to join our team. The successful candidate will assist dermatologists in performing cryotherapy treatments for various skin conditions, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for cryotherapy procedures and explain treatment plans.
- Administer cryotherapy under physician supervision for conditions such as warts, actinic keratoses, and benign lesions.
- Monitor patients during and after treatment, managing any adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up support.
- Assist with other dermatology procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with dermatology experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dermatological conditions and skin anatomy.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: £23.47-£27.50 per hour
