Executive Chauffeur / Driver to CEO
We are seeking a professional and reliable Chauffeur/Driver to work closely with our CEO. This role combines safe, high-standard driving with ad hoc collections and drop-offs on the CEO's behalf. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership. Professionalism and a smart, well-presented appearance are essential at all times.
Duties
- Safely and courteously chauffeur the CEO (and occasionally guests/clients), on time and to a high standard
- Carry out ad hoc tasks on behalf of the CEO, including collections and drop-offs
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages, including light-to-moderate lifting when required
- Plan routes and manage timings around the CEO's schedule and preferences
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and presentation, inside and out
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, movements and affairs
What We're Looking For
- Prior chauffeur or professional driving experience, ideally with a senior executive or private client
- Security experience is desirable but not essential — e.g. close protection background or SIA licence
- A full, valid UK driving licence with a clean record
- Strong driving skills with a focus on safety, punctuality and discretion
- Consistently professional in manner and smartly presented at all times on duty
- Genuine flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by the CEO's schedule
- Reliable, proactive and able to work well with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism around senior management
Hours & Availability
- Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required, depending on the CEO's schedule
- Any hours worked beyond the core schedule (including evenings/weekends) are paid pro rata
- A day off during the week will be given in lieu whenever a weekend shift is worked
What We Offer
- Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per year, depending on experience
- Additional hours paid pro rata

Experience
- Chauffeuring/professional driving: 2 years (preferred)
Pay: £29,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
