Ross + Liddell are looking for a temporary Property Inspector to join their Property Management Team. The successful Candidate will be required to travel between Dundee and surrounding areas each day, following a set schedule for inspections.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out regular inspections of common parts of managed properties;
- Identifying maintenance issues and reporting action points.
- Completing Inspection Reports on site and submitting via a designated app;
- Liaising with Senior Staff to complete required list of inspections each day;
Candidates should demonstrate:-

Ideally, candidates should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of property maintenance issues. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Training will be provided.
This role involves driving to different sites all day, with no office location.
