- Drive company vehicles when necessary for home care visits, ensuring safe transportation for clients.
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt support as needed based on individual requirements.
- Basic IT literacy for updating electronic health records and documentation.
- Valid driving license with reliable driving skills for home visits or transportation duties.
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to healthcare environments.
