The Whitebrook is an award-winning boutique restaurant with 1 Michelin Star, a Michelin Green Star, and 4 AA Rosettes. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our passionate front-of-house team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Welcoming guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
- Serving our award-winning tasting menus with confidence and attention to detail.
- Independently running our four-course tasting breakfast service, demonstrating excellent organisation and time management.
- Learning about seasonal ingredients, foraging, and local suppliers.
- Working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain the highest standards.
- While the primary focus of the role is breakfast service, flexibility is essential, as you'll also be required to support lunch and dinner services when needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Passionate about food, wine, and outstanding hospitality.
- Friendly, positive, and eager to learn.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the business.
- Experienced in hospitality (preferred but not essential, as full training is provided).
