Enthusiastic and self motivated person required to work full or part time (Minimum 3 day plus some Saturdays) in a busy family run estate agency in Louth. Will be required to work one Saturday in three. The role involves:
- Being the first point of contact for both customers and clients
- Dealing with buyers and seller of property
- Arranging valuations
- Matching customers to properties and organizing viewings
- Receiving offers and negotiating sales
- Once sales are agreed, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors & mortgage companies to achieve fast and smooth completions
- Assist with residential lettings
- Protential to progress to a valuer role
Previous experience and qualifications in estate agency not essential however, good IT and customer service skills required. Sound knowledge of social media a bonus, previous sales experience preferable. NLW rates + quarterly bonus scheme.
