The Upex Group is currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Baldock area.
The role will orientate around maintaing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers whilst providing hands-on management and leadership staff to ensure high standards of hygiene and exceptional customer service at all times.
This is a hands on supervisory role which also includes daily duties of cleaning.
Location: Baldock
Pay Rate: £15.18 per hour
Shift Pattern: 15:00 - 23:00 & occasional 07:00 - 15:00 (5 days per week)
Duties Include:
- Supervising and supporting cleaners on duty
- Perform thorough cleaning of amenity building common areas, including indoor and outdoor seating areas, toilets, washrooms, corridors & outdoor areas
- Deputising for the Manager, including the building of staff rota's
- Adhering to health and safety regulations & providing staff training when needed
- Report accidents and incidents promptly in line with company procedures.
Due to the location of the building, holding a Full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.
