Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their drainage career. Working alongside one of our senior Engineers, you will learn, grow and develop with us – giving you all the support you need to ensure you become a successful Drainage Engineer and be part of our growing business!
What’s involved?
- Working as team alongside one of our existing Engineers tackling 2-man jobs
- Carry out a range of services associated with our emergency services offering, cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance of our customer’s assets new and old
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures
- Maintain a high standard of company service, vehicles and equipment
- Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems
- Communicate effectively to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times
- Have a positive and helpful can-do attitude
- Cover normal working hours and “on call” out-of-hours on a rota basis and have a flexible attitude to covering emergency situations when called upon outside of the these periods
What do we look for?
Suitable candidates will be able to display a great working attitude together with skills pertaining to the clearance, cleaning and repair of both internal small bore and external drainage systems.
- Experience in basic drainage activities – unblocks etc
- Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Want to be part of an exciting, growing and progressive business with an increasingly formidable brand presence
- Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
- Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 21 for insurance purposes
- Must live in Sussex/Kent area
