We are looking for someone with their own vehicle as this job envolves driving from job to job, All normally within the same area other than the odd occasion
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces and Airbnbs is bed making is involved
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
