Duties
- Approach households confidently and professionally to introduce our programs or services
- Clearly communicate key messages tailored to each audience, ensuring understanding and engagement
- Gather feedback and answer questions from residents to foster trust and transparency
- Record interactions accurately using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or Salesforce systems
- Follow up with potential leads or interested residents through telemarketing techniques when appropriate
- Maintain a positive attitude and respectful demeanor during all canvassing activities
- Report daily progress, challenges, and insights to supervisors for continuous improvement
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse communities
- Experience or familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or direct outreach roles
- Ability to use CRM software such as Salesforce effectively for tracking interactions and leads
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly with different audiences
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to engaging residents door-to-door
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and community engagement strategies
- COMISSION ONLY POSITION AND MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO LOCATIONS THAT ARE SET BY OURSELVES.
