Part-Time Blind Manufacturing Operative
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Blind Manufacturing Operative to join our production team.
Location: Oldham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Total Hours: 20 hours per week
Base Pay: £12.72 per hour
Additional Earnings: Piecework / performance-based pay
Job Type: Part-time

About the Role
You will be manufacturing made-to-measure window blinds within our busy production facility.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is able to work accurately while maintaining a good level of productivity.
Your duties will include:
- Manufacturing and assembling different types of blinds
- Cutting and preparing materials
- Working from measurements and production sheets
- Quality checking completed blinds
- Packing finished orders
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
Piecework & Earnings
This role includes a piecework pay structure, meaning there is an opportunity to earn more based on the number and type of blinds you manufacture.
The more efficiently you work while maintaining our required quality standards, the greater your earning potential.
