Job Summary
IntelliPK Technology Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Technical Services to lead technical service delivery, oversee technology operations, and support the successful implementation of IT solutions for clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader with strong experience in IT services, infrastructure, systems support, project delivery, and team leadership who can drive operational excellence, improve service quality, and support long-term business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee technical services, IT operations, infrastructure support, and service delivery functions.
- Manage technical teams responsible for systems support, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, software support, and client technology solutions.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Oversee technical projects, implementation plans, service roadmaps, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with senior leaders, clients, vendors, engineers, and project teams to align technical services with business goals.
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs, incident trends, system availability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of technical standards, documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide senior-level guidance on complex technical issues, escalations, solution design, and service improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation, security, scalability, and service quality across technology operations.
- Prepare executive reports, technical proposals, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
- Experience in technical services, IT service delivery, infrastructure management, systems administration, cloud services, cybersecurity, technical operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous senior leadership, director-level, or technical management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, service desk operations, systems support, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL, service management frameworks, project management methodologies, and technology governance practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects, service teams, client expectations, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ITSM platforms, project management tools, monitoring systems, CRM platforms, and reporting software.
- Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to technical service delivery, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, CompTIA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Pay: £5,200.00-£8,500.00 per month
