What You’ll Do
- Lead the kitchen team — motivate chefs, support training, and help build a positive working culture
- Oversee daily operations — keep service running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain food quality — ensure every dish meets our standards
- Manage stock & suppliers — ordering, deliveries, and inventory control
- Ensure health & safety compliance — uphold hygiene and HACCP requirements
- Support cost control — help manage waste and GP targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager or Senior Chef
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- A passion for food, teamwork, and high standards
