About the Role
An opportunity to coordinate and influence a dynamic, multi-agency partnership tackling anti-social behaviour across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
As the Anti-Social Behaviour System Governance & Coordination Officer, you will be the central link between system users, partner organisations, and software providers - driving system improvements, monitoring data quality, and ensuring effective partnership system usage to keep communities safer. This is an ideal opportunity to build strong partnerships, solve complex problems, and shape processes that make a real difference.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- Experience of building and maintaining productive partnership relationships. Actively involving, consulting, and influencing internal and external partners to achieve mutual objectives.
- Experience of managing conflict and directing partner organisations with regards to achieving joint objectives.
- Experience operating and working with externally provided software applications as an expert user or system administrator.
- Able to tackle difficult problems and demonstrate solution focussed/creative thinking.
- Experience of developing and delivering training sessions to colleagues and partners. At a variety of levels and competence.
Willing to learn a range of technical and people skills to grow into the role.
