We're looking for a Prep Chef to join our team at Colman's Seafood Temple in South Shields. As a prep chef you will join our team ensuring all prep is ready for the kitchen and assist the team throughout the day with service.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO:
- Preparing food by following our very specific recipes
- Ensuring the kitchen is ready for service and correct stock levels are maintained
- Working efficiently as part of a team within a busy kitchen
- Understanding allergens and where they are found within our dishes
- Correctly recording deliveries and ensuring all ingredients are stored correctly
KEY SKILLS
- A passion for food
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrating strong company and menu knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
