Operations Team Leader Construction Sites - Swindon area
Forte Recruitment are currently looking for a dependable and hands on Team leader in the Swindon area.
Must have CSCS card and own personal vehicle.
Applicant will be responsible for driving to surrounding locations to oversee daily off-loading operations.
Current salary - £130 to £140 per day – With opportunity earn an extra £80 to £160 per month in bonuses.
Mon-Fri (NO WEEKENDS)
Hours – 8pm-4pm (Job and finish)
Application requirements:
- Must have your own car or van (valid licence).
- Willing to travel maximum 2 hours each way to sites.
- Supervisory experience.
- Hold a valid CITB CSCS Card.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
- Experience with basic hand tools and furniture assembly (ideally).
What are we looking for?
- Strong management and communication skills
- Able to schedule and plan.
- Flexibility in working patterns.
- Prepared to take training if required.
Duties will include-
- Leading offloaders on multiple construction sites/new builds.
- Driving to site locations.
- General labouring duties.
- Building customer relations.
- attendance tracking and reporting.
- Offloading Kitchens /bathrooms etc.
- Training staff.
